COVID-19: Important Information & Updates

Due to additional precautions we’re taking in our production, we’re experiencing delays in shipping orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work extra hard to ensure your safety.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you have concerns with your order you have you are not completely within one (1) month of the date of the Shipment Confirmation to contact us at Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and, will be equal to the cost of the goods minus applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


We are offering free shipping on all orders over $50 for the time being. For orders below $50, the $7.00 shipping fee and taxes will be applied.

We will deliver your purchase within 1-7 business days after you received your order confirmation. Please allow up to 5 additional days for rural and remote areas. Products shall be delivered by Canada Post. We will deliver Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays. During high season and sales campaigns, delivery might take a little longer.

Please note that we are not responsible for the extra costs related to your order. If there are any, you will be the one to bear these costs. Sales tax is charged (if applicable) according to the shipping address of your order or as provided in applicable law and regulations.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
